1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or purchasing digital media from Adey Stocks (referred to as the "Platform" or "Adey Stocks"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws, and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
2. Licensing Models
Adey Stocks offers two distinct commercial licensing options for digital assets (photos, videos, audio, 3D models, vector illustrations, and design templates):
Perpetual Non-Exclusive
- Up to 500,000 digital impressions
- Websites, social media, & ads
- Personal and commercial client work
Unlimited Commercial & Resale
- Unlimited print runs & impressions
- Physical items for resale & packaging
- Broadcast television & cinema distribution
3. Contributor Ownership & Royalties
Creators retain 100% of underlying copyright in their works. By submitting assets to Adey Stocks, contributors grant the platform a non-exclusive license to market and sublicense those assets. Contributors receive 40% royalties on verified purchases.
4. Payment Verification & Delivery
Purchases made via Telebirr, CBE Birr, or bank transfer are verified upon receipt of a valid transaction reference or payment screenshot. Upon verification, high-resolution original asset files become immediately downloadable in the user account.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of downloaded media, refunds are generally not offered once an asset has been successfully downloaded, except in cases of technical corruption or verified misrepresentation of asset specifications.
